Mantova Advances the Consolidation of Its Management System at the Mexico Unit

The international integration of Mantova’s management systems has been progressing consistently, connecting the Brazilian and Mexican operations through technical exchanges and corporate methodological alignment.

This movement was strengthened by the visit of the Quality Manager from the Mexican plant to the Caxias do Sul facility, where an in-depth immersion in the Integrated Management System adopted in Brazil was conducted.

Now, the strategy advances further.

In February 2026, the corporate Quality team from the Brazilian operation will carry out a technical visit to the Santiago de Querétaro unit, continuing the integration process and consolidating the implementation of ISO 9001 at the Mexican plant.

This initiative is part of the company’s strategic planning and reinforces its commitment to standardization, operational efficiency, and technical governance aligned with international standards.

ISO 9001 establishes requirements for the implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System based on a process-driven approach, risk analysis, and a continuous focus on customer satisfaction. More than pursuing certification, the objective is to build solid and uniform management foundations across all group operations.

The advancement at the Mexican unit represents another consistent step toward a fully integrated corporate model, in which Brazil and Mexico operate under the same methodological framework, with harmonized processes, aligned performance indicators, and convergent management practices.

This technical integration sustains the standard of excellence already recognized by the market and prepares the group for an increasingly structured and competitive international presence.

By advancing the implementation of ISO 9001 in Mexico, Mantova reaffirms its long-term vision: to grow responsibly, preserve quality in every process, and consolidate a solid and globally integrated governance structure.

Mantova.
Integration that evolves through method.
Management that sustains growth.
