Polyurethane spirals with plastic components can be used in various application environments, mainly in pneumatic systems, low pressure hydraulic systems, compressed air connections, robotics, pneumatic tools, pneumatic cleaning systems in general, cabin cleaning and machinery. The coiling tube is suitable for piping of air guns, air screwdrivers and other air tools. Also, piping of movable parts can be achieved within limited spaces without distorting the joints.
Features
Polyurethane coil tubes in gauges 6x1, 8x1.25 and 10x1.5 can be produced in different lengths and can be assembled with BSPT 1/4 '' thread fittings, according to NBR NM-ISO 7 standard. The best option for applications that require high flexibility and retractability, adapting perfectly to installations with reduced space, without the need to purchase connections in the market.
The connectors are made of nylon with fiberglass, ensuring high strength and reduced weight when compared to metallic connectors. The flexible TPE spring ensures protection of the tube in the region of greatest fatigue with the connector, without risk of metallic corrosion. This project is exclusive to Mantova, being suitable for applications that have high quality requirements, high durability, excellent cost-benefit and easy installation.
