Features
Mantova multilayer tubes are manufactured through a simultaneous five-layer coextrusion process, combining different types of polyamide to provide the mechanical, thermal, chemical, and dimensional performance required for demanding applications. The construction consists of inner and outer layers of Polyamide 12 (PA12), an intermediate structural layer of plasticized Polyamide 6 (PA6), and two adhesive layers that ensure compatibility and structural integrity throughout the multilayer construction. This architecture combines the properties of PA12 on the inner and outer surfaces with the mechanical performance of the PA6 structural layer, resulting in a solution for applications requiring strength, flexibility, and consistent performance. The product is manufactured exclusively from virgin raw materials, with no recycled material incorporated.
