Polyamide 12 (PA12) tubes can be used in various application environments, mainly in automation lines, instrumentation, pneumatic accessories, lubrication lines, fuel and oil conduction, refrigeration, air conditioning, low pressure hydraulic lines and in pneumatic automotive brake systems.
Features
The tubes produced in polyamide 12 of the HIPHL, PHLY or PHL type in the monolayer structure, also known commercially as nylon 12 or PA12, are manufactured within very precise tolerances. The properties of Polyamide 12 are similar to the properties of Polyamide 11. This material has low moisture absorption and high resistance to a wide variety of chemicals, mainly bases. They are suitable for use in truck air brake systems, fuel and lubricant passage, as well as pneumatic systems and instrumentation. This product line is manufactured in accordance with the following international standards: SAE J844, DIN 74324, DIN 73378 and ISO 7628.
