International Integration Strengthens Quality Management at Mantova
Mantova has taken another important step toward consolidating a globally integrated culture, guided by excellence in management, quality, and industrial performance. In July, the company's Brazilian unit, located in Caxias do Sul (RS), welcomed Carlos Sandoval, the Quality Analyst of Mantova’s plant in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico.
This initiative is part of Mantova’s strategic movement to strengthen synergy between its international units, reinforcing the company’s commitment to process standardization, sharing of best practices, and system integration. With this approach, Mantova ensures that all its operations, regardless of location, follow the same technical and operational standards.
Technical Exchange Focused on Excellence
During his stay in Brazil, Sandoval had an immersive experience with the processes of the Integrated Management System implemented at the Brazilian plant. The goal is for the insights and knowledge gained at the headquarters to directly contribute to improving processes, quality governance, and operational efficiency at the Mexican unit, which has been growing in both capacity and complexity, especially in serving markets in Central and North America.
More than just a technical exchange, the visit provided a valuable opportunity for sharing knowledge, methodologies, and perspectives, strengthening both teams and positioning Mantova as a globally prepared company for the challenges of the technical plastic tubing industry.
Brazil as an International Benchmark
With over 30 years of experience, the Caxias do Sul unit has become a national reference in innovation, quality, and reliability. Its expertise serves as a model for Mantova’s international expansion, supported by an organizational culture focused on continuous improvement, technical training, and operational excellence.
“We believe that sustainable growth and lasting quality are possible when people and processes are aligned across all regions where we operate. This integration strengthens our culture, broadens our teams’ perspectives, and reinforces our commitment to global excellence,” highlights Mantova’s Director, Afonso Vicenzi.
Sandoval’s presence reinforces one of Mantova’s core values: collaboration across people, teams, and borders—making each unit a key link in a robust, agile, and committed value chain that delivers solutions meeting the highest standards of the global market.
